ABC Grounds Care and Landscape Frequently Asked Questions

ABC Grounds Care is a 4th generation family business and the current owners have over 50 years of experience. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and feel that we have the best customer service in the valley. Being a smaller company allows the owners to supervise and oversee every project. We do not have multiple projects going at one time which means we are able to focus on your landscaping project and give you a top-quality installation from the start of the project until final completion.

ABC Grounds Care and Landscape provides custom landscaping designs, concrete paver installation, water features, fire pits, landscape lighting, and French drains to Treasure Valley.

We offer a basic landscaping design for $50-$100 and more extensive design done by a landscape designer will be in the $500 to $700 range. This includes meeting with the designer, a color drawing, and a plant material list.

We carry workers' compensation, general liability insurance, and have a state of Idaho license to work on landscaping projects. 

The owner, Chris, is a certified concrete paver installer through the ICPI "Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute". Our whole crew is working on getting certified also. All certified concrete pavers must also take continuing education each year to maintain their certification. 

We do not do concrete work in-house, but if concrete work is a portion of an overall project we have a subcontractor we can bring in to handle the concrete portion of the project. We work with many qualified and insured concrete pavers and companies.

The owner Chris will be on your project daily if needed to make sure every aspect of your landscaping project meets your approval. 

There is an initial deposit of $200 to get on our schedule. The down payment to start the landscaping project is usually 35% but may be up to 50% depending on material costs.
